IT Support Technician - 2nd Line - Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Office 365

Are you a passionate IT technician who enjoys both face to face and remote support?

If you're keen to learn new technologies and develop in your role, this one is for you!

This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, internal technology department based in Crewe. You will work on a range of assignments from BAU support to project roll outs across their Northern sites.

Tech Skills and experience :

  • Desktop support experience in a Windows environment

  • Active Directory

  • Knowledge of Office 365

  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony

  • Sophos Anti-Virus/MDM

  • Knowledge of managed print solutions such as PaperCut

  • Knowledge of Sage applications

  • Excellent communication skills - face to face and telephone

  • Flexible and adaptable
