IT Service Desk Team Leader - AD, Windows Server, Citrix - Warrington, North West.
1st/2nd Line Support Team Lead - AD, Windows, Exchange, Citrix, VMware - based in Warrington. You will join a fast paced, technical business supporting external clients with their technical issues, taking calls, logging calls and remotely supporting where capable, otherwise escalating to 2nd Line. This is a very fast paced environment, working as a helpdesk team lead and therefore requires excellent customer service as well as technical ability, as you may have to serve as an escalation point. As a Team Lead, you will be overseeing the overall performance of the team in all aspects, so experience in a management position is certainly advantageous.
* Helpdesk/Service Desk experience
* MS Office
* Active Directory
* Experience leading a team (ideally a service desk)
* Password Resets
* LAN, WAN ,Citrix, SAN, VPN
* PowerShell Experience ideal
* Highly polished customer service skills
* Experience using the following; Microsoft / Citrix / VMware
* Problem Solving/Troubleshooting skills
* Experience/Exposure to Windows Server 2008-12
* High first time fix rate
