1st/2nd Line Support Desk Analyst - Hardware, Software, Window - Central London
1st/2nd Line Support Desk Analyst required for an e-commerce business based in Central London - commutable from Greater London, Central London, West London, North London, East London, Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire.
You will have at least a year's experience working in a similar role as well as been a natural problem solver. Joining a team of Desktop Support Analysts in a face to face support role, picking up internal user issues and completing face to face support on site.
1st/2nd Line Desktop Support
Handling service requests and incidents via phone, e-mail as well as Service-Now
Installing and troubleshooting software
installing and supporting all manner of telephone service including Mobile devices
Provide remote access
Customer facing with great communication skills
