1st/2nd Line Support Desk Analyst required for an e-commerce business based in Central London - commutable from Greater London, Central London, West London, North London, East London, Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire.
You will have at least a year's experience working in a similar role as well as been a natural problem solver. Joining a team of Desktop Support Analysts in a face to face support role, picking up internal user issues and completing face to face support on site.
* 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support
* Handling service requests and incidents via phone, e-mail as well as Service-Now
* Installing and troubleshooting software
* installing and supporting all manner of telephone service including Mobile devices
* Provide remote access
* Customer facing with great communication skills
