Mon - Fri: 9am to 5:30pm
25 days + bank holidays

Our client is looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk / Support Analyst to deliver exceptional customer service to users dealing with inbound calls/tickets raised. You will resolve 1st line and 2nd line helpdesk queries.

Helpdesk experience preferable.
MCP certification ( Microsoft certification ) desirable
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Working knowledge of Microsoft eg; Windows 10 and Office 2016: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PC and laptop hardware set-up and configuration
LAN and WAN networking
IP telephony
Knowledge of Apple products; iPhone, iPads beneficial
Support IT equipment and peripherals eg; phones, printers, photocopiers, fax's
Build and commission new computers
Support the IT Team for servers and server systems
Project support
Maintain meeting room equipment AV
Support with IT equipment moves
Install software applications / maintain asset logs
